DRUGHUB Terms
The following terms describe how the DRUGHUB marketplace operates, what users can expect from the service and which responsibilities they retain.
1. Nature of the service
DRUGHUB is a Tor‑only marketplace that connects buyers and independent vendors through an escrow‑based trading model. The platform provides the technical environment for listings, orders, messaging and dispute handling.
DRUGHUB does not act as a shipping provider or financial custodian outside of the escrow lifecycle. Responsibility for listings, packaging and fulfilment remains with the individual vendors.
2. Account registration and access
Users interact with DRUGHUB through pseudonymous accounts. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, PGP keys and any recovery material associated with your profile.
Sharing accounts, selling access or using automated tools to scrape or overload the marketplace is not allowed. DRUGHUB may restrict or close accounts that threaten platform stability or are clearly abusive.
3. Use of escrow and disputes
All supported payment flows rely on escrow. Funds are locked until an order is confirmed as successfully completed or a dispute outcome is reached. Releasing escrow early is a choice made by the buyer and cannot be undone afterwards.
If a problem arises, users are expected to open a dispute and provide clear, factual information. DRUGHUB mediators will review the evidence, including message history and shipping claims, before deciding on refund or release.
4. Vendor responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, communication with buyers and adherence to DRUGHUB rules. False advertising, repeated non‑delivery or systematic abuse of the dispute system can result in sanctions or removal.
Vendors must maintain working PGP keys and respond to disputes in a timely and professional manner. Escalations caused by vendor silence may be resolved in favour of the buyer.
5. Risk assumptions and limitations
Using any darknet marketplace comes with inherent technical, legal and operational risks. DRUGHUB cannot guarantee that infrastructure, routing or third‑party networks remain free from surveillance or disruption.
By using the service you acknowledge that you are responsible for understanding the laws in your jurisdiction and for managing your own threat model, including device security, wallet hygiene and PGP key management.
6. Service changes and availability
DRUGHUB may modify features, adjust fee structures or change access URLs as the environment evolves. Such changes are typically communicated through signed announcements and the internal news section.
No uptime or availability guarantees are offered. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, DDoS mitigation or infrastructure migration can cause temporary unavailability of some or all marketplace functions.
7. Contact and communication
Official DRUGHUB communication occurs inside the marketplace itself using PGP and the built‑in messaging system. External channels, reposts or mirrors should be treated as unverified unless they match signed statements.
If you require clarification about these terms, use the internal support section. DRUGHUB does not maintain clearnet support emails, social media accounts or public chat groups presented as “official”.
