1. Scope of this privacy text

DRUGHUB is a Tor v3 onion service designed to minimise the amount of information collected about its users. This text describes what is stored when you interact with the marketplace and which elements are deliberately avoided or discarded.

2. Information collected by DRUGHUB

The platform does not ask for real names, emails, phone numbers or other direct identifiers. Accounts are represented by pseudonymous usernames and cryptographic material such as PGP keys and wallet addresses.

Technical data required to operate the service, such as order IDs, escrow states and internal dispute records, is stored on the DRUGHUB infrastructure but is never linked to clearnet identifiers or external analytics profiles.

3. Payments and escrow records

Payments are processed in cryptocurrency and locked into DRUGHUB’s escrow engine until orders are completed or disputes are resolved. Relevant transaction hashes and statuses are stored to prove that a payment was made and to support mediation.

DRUGHUB does not control the underlying blockchains and cannot retroactively erase on‑chain history. Users should therefore treat wallet usage and funding sources as a separate privacy concern and follow best practices for coin hygiene.

4. Logs and network information

The service is operated as an onion site to avoid exposing IP‑level connection details to clearnet infrastructure. DRUGHUB does not maintain traditional web logs with source IP addresses or user agents intended for profiling.

Basic, aggregated metrics about system health and abuse prevention may be collected, but they are not tied to persistent user identities and are kept only as long as necessary to keep the marketplace functional.

5. Data sharing and third parties

DRUGHUB does not integrate third‑party tracking scripts, clearnet analytics pixels or ad networks into the marketplace. Data is not shared with external marketing platforms or used for off‑site profiling.

Vendors on DRUGHUB are independent entities. They may keep their own records in line with their operational needs, and users should treat vendor‑side note‑taking as separate from the platform’s internal storage.

6. Your operational responsibilities

Even with cautious platform design, your own behaviour strongly impacts privacy. Access DRUGHUB only through Tor Browser, avoid reusing usernames from other communities and never combine marketplace activity with personal accounts.

Use dedicated wallets, PGP keys and devices whenever possible. The more separation you maintain between DRUGHUB activity and your everyday identity, the less any isolated data point can be used against you.

7. Changes to this text

Security and threat models evolve over time. DRUGHUB may update this privacy text as the marketplace architecture changes or as new risks emerge, with the goal of keeping users informed about how their data is handled.
